The blade is 6“ long ( 15cm) and it is 1.9mm thick at its thickest point - which makes it a thin blade. It is made from Japanese Vanadium steel, which is immensely strong even though it is so thin.
The handle is made from Ironwood that has two tones, darker at the top and lighter at the bottom. It comes from the pulpit of a de-sanctified church, which hopefully means your food prep will be blessed. :)
The bolster is made from olive wood taken from where I used to live in Andalusia.
