I make kitchen knives for foodies.
Knives with beautiful handles using wood sourced from all over the world. Often my knife handles come from special places or have an interesting story or an exotic former life. Some of my handles are ancient.
My blades are intended to be both beautiful and practical, and easy to look after. And that is why stainless steel is my standard fare - it is not going to let you down. But I can also make a knife with pretty-much any steel you like.
My knives are built to last for generations. - to become heirlooms. To be pieces of art that you hold in your hand and use every day.

Have you ever thought about having a kitchen knife made for you? To your specific preference or design. For example, a special shape, style or size; or with wood from a favourite place, or your childhood house, or a much-loved piece of furniture (for example, I made a piece with the wood for the handle coming from my grandmother’s dining table).
